How to Find a Boyfriend Online

Times have really changed, girls.  It used to be hard for us to find a special someone due to differences in age, compatibility, things like that.  We're not relying on our friends to set us up a blind date anymore.  Besides, that almost never works, am I right?  That kind of thing can leave you wondering just exactly what your friends think you are.  Now, you can use the internet to find the right kind of person for you.  Best of all, the guys you will be able to check out, will be available, and looking!  Here are some tips to help you get started.

1. Look at Dating Sites on the internet.  Browse through them until you find a site that you will be comfortable at, one that has all the elements you will enjoy.  There are tons of them out there, you just have to find the right one.  When you have found one that you are happy with, sign up!  Most of the time the cost is free or very little.

2. Once you've signed up, you will need to set up a user profile.  The sites usually automatically match you up with loads of single guys who you will be compatible with.  They use things like similar interests, age, and location.  Wow, you've just eliminated your blind date hassles!  They've screened the guys for you.

3. Next you will fill out a profile that the guys will see.  You will tell a little about yourself, your interests, hobbies, things like that.  Remember to be totally honest.  You want the guys to like you for who you are, not a made-up character.  Then you can add a picture.  Choose one that you look great in, but one that looks the way you normally look.  Oh, and girls, no pasting pics of Jessica Simpson!  What's the point in doing this if you're not going to find a guy who likes you for who you are?

4. Now, you will probably have lots of guys that you are compatible with, so just start browsing through them.  How cool is this?  It's like going shopping for a boyfriend!  Two things we love most, and you get to preview them before you buy!  When you have narrowed down your list, find a few that really interest you and contact them.  Send them an e-mail, or call if their number is available. 

5. Sometimes, a guy will call you first and want to set up a date.  Go for it if you want, or choose to keep looking.  If you have found a particular guy that interests you, ask him out on a date.  Yes you can do that!  Now, the easy part is over.  You must rely entirely on your witty banter, charm, and prize winning smile!
